About Me

I am a qualified counsellor based in the East Midlands and am a member of professional counselling bodies the NCPS and the BACP.

I have been working with adults and young people for over twenty years. I have extensive experience working in residential settings, mainstream and SEND schools, pupil referral units and occasionally in private practice.

I am an autistic therapist who has had extensive training in autism and all things neurodivergent, and a large body of my work involves supporting neurodivergent clients and those close to them.

I currently work in different educational settings, supporting young people from Year 2 to Year 13, as well as staff. I also have a private practice offering support to young people and adults alike.
